How To Order When you see something you wish to purchase, click the "Add To Cart" button. You will then be taken to your shopping cart where you will see the item listed. If you would like more than one of this item, enter the number in the "Qty" box then click "Update" to see a new total cost. If you wish to continue shopping simply click the 'Continue Shopping' button. When you are satisfied with your order, proceed to the checkout by clicking "Checkout" (you can also see your shopping cart at any time by clicking the shopping cart link on the top, right-hand corner of any page).
Follow the checkout process where you can choose your payment and delivery options. When you have completed your purchase we will provide you with an Order ID number, which will also be e-mailed to you.
If you wish to cancel a confirmed order, please contact our Sales department immediately. Please note that if your order has been shipped we will be unable to recall it, but once you receive it you can return it if you wish (see Return Policy below).

Payment Information We have made the payment process easy and convenient by providing several different methods to pay for your order.
Online Payments:
We accept your Visa/Mastercard payment through our secoure payment system. We also accept Visa/Mastercard through your PayPal account, linked directly from our site at the completion of your order.
Please note that if you ask for your order might be delayed, and in many times prevented, if the shipping address is not the credit card or Paypal verified address. We have implemented this policy for your and our protection.
Offline Payments:
If you would prefer to complete your purchase offline we are more than happy to help you.
We accept Checks and Money Orders. When sending your check or money order just quote the Order ID Number (or include copy of order confirmation e-mail) to enable us to fulfill your order promptly. Please note that we hold checks for 10 day clearance before shipping your order.

Shipment Most orders are shipped 3-5 business days from date order is placed. We may offer different shipment options during the checkout process. Please be advised that this option implies that your order will be shipped as you specify at the time the item is available. Most items listed are in immediate inventory, but there will be rare cases when item availability may delay the ship date up to the time listed above .

International Orders
Please note that any credit card orders going to an international address, or placed with a non-US credit card, will require special consideration and may require further verification. Due to the unfortunate spread of fraud on the Internet, we process international on a one-by-one basis. We also calculate postage after the order is placed, and will charge it to your credit card before shipment. We will notify you of this charge before processing the order.
We ship most international oders via USPS. At the time we quote you the shipping charges we will also provide you the estimated delivery time. Please note that we will quote the delivery time as promised by the USPS. However, many times there are factors (local post office, customs, etc.) that will delay the delivery time beyond the estimate.
Your local customs office may also charge you taxes before you can receive your order. We do not know what those charges will be when we ship your order. Please note that the buyer will be responsible for any local taxes.
Please contact us before you place your international order to make sure that it will be processed. At that time please provide your name, address, and item you wish to order.

Return Policy We strive to make your shopping experience as satisfying as possible. You can return any purchases within 30 days and get your purchase price back, minus any shipping charges and minus a 5% re-stocking fee. We only require that the product be returned in full and original condition, with all manuals, accessories, and sales receipt. Returned orders with items missing will either be refused or the missing item amount deducted from the credit.
We will replace any damaged products, postage free. We only require that you return the damaged product to us before we ship the replacement. We will refund all return postage costs to you.

Privacy We are committed to keeping your personal information private and secure. We use any information you provide us to process your orders and any necessary follow-ups only. We may use statistics not linked to any individual about buying patterns, sales and other shopping information in order to improve our services.
Cancellations You can cancel your order at any time before the order is shipped, with no cancellation fees.
